Casual Friday: Inferno

Little bit longer of a video for you guys today, but it worth seeing the amount of work that went into this '69 Camaro. Roadster Shop out of Mundelein, IL took this '69 Camaro, which looked like it was in decent shape to begin with, from mild to wild with this futuristic restomod. This project is powered by a 680hp 6.2L LT1 built by Texas Speed & Performance, putting power down through a Tremec T56 Magnum transmission. The windshield and back glass have been beautifully flush mounted and the drip rails shaved to give it that futuristic concept car look. What most noticeably stands out is the custom rear lights which have been machined from acrylic with aluminum bezels and led back lit. The interior matches the futuristic theme, with custom panels fabricated by Avant-Garde Design in Palm City, Florida. The interior panels are held into place with powerful magnets, allowing quick simple weight reduction when its time to hit the track. So either sit back and enjoy or skip through to the good bits but certainly check out this machine!
